SOOTHE ingredients: Omani frankincense (boswellia sacra), peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, & clove pure therapeutic-grade essential oils.

SOOTHE usage instructions: Place 5-6 drops in an aroma diffuser or 2-3 drops on a diffuser bracelet. Place 3-4 drops in a carrier oil (such as olive, coconut, or sunflower oil) and massage onto sore muscles, along temples & forehead, or on any areas where pain is present.. ALWAYS DILUTE PURE ESSENTIAL OILS WITH A CARRIER OIL.
