I was sick of being tired and bloated. I felt that I had no energy to do anything besides work each day. I love that your focus isn't on the numbers. It's not about calories eaten or calories burned. It's not about how long your workout is or how many reps, it's about making small sustainable changes that fit into your lifestyle and make you feel good!
I had a roadmap to follow that was destined to bring me that energy I was longing for. I also had you to support me when I had setbacks or when I was questioning myself. I have changed my morning routine to include journaling and meditation which has been a game changer to set my intentions for the day and start off on the right foot.
One piece of advice I would give someone who wants to achieve the same results - I would tell someone that if not now, then when? There truly is never going to be a perfect time to change around your lifestyle. Nasra's program will introduce small baby steps that you can take to achieve what you never thought you could! Before my fitness journey, I didn't really work out and just eat whatever comes to my mind thinking if I start doing fitness I can’t eat all my favourite food anymore and working out will take a lot of my time.
At first I just wanted to lose weight, l thought it would be very hard but during my first 4 weeks I realized it’s not that hard and you don’t really need to starve yourself to do it. Naz has been really helpful and changed my entire perspective on it. She made it something I look forward to. The transformation I’ve seen for just 1 month inspired me more. For the first time in my life I look forward to eating healthy and working out.

I have struggled with weight loss and weight gain my entire life. I have tried everything from cleanses to pills to starving myself to attain a weight that I thought was ideal. I had no confidence left, I had troubles at work, and I felt like life was spinning out of control. My husband then took a full-time position in Bahrain, and we decided to start fresh and move overseas.
One day my husband came home and told me that we are going to get an opportunity to work with Naz. She reached out to us and quickly took control of things. She showed me how to work-out properly at home with basically no equipment, how to weigh my food, count the calories all while not taking away the foods we enjoyed. I began to understand what this was about and soon started to realize the damage we were doing to our bodies. I looked forward to her meetings and her positivity and faith in me, it created the confidence I was lacking to help me repair the bad relationship I have with food.
I now feel revitalized and excited to continue to work with her to keep losing weight and change my lifestyle. I truly believe it's one day at a time, there will be mountains to climb but when you have support like her you can accomplish it!

Work progressed and life challenges were becoming major obstacles, I had become pretty sedentary. I would yo-yo diet and thought by casually reading articles, watching Youtube that I could teach myself to get back into shape again. I did this for months not knowing that what I was doing was the opposite of what I should be doing.
One day at the office a friend told me about how his wife had changed his diet and he had gotten back into shape and thought my wife and I would be good candidates for her program. Enter Naz, she immediately consulted with us and helped us adjust our caloric intake. Surprisingly, we were able to enjoy most of the foods we liked, she was very easy to talk to and didn't make us feel bad when we asked questions.
Three months later and around 26 pounds lighter I have found that my confidence is coming back, I am way more flexible, day to day things seem easier and I am enjoying the process of this. Now that the toughest part of the journey is over, I know that I couldn’t have done it without her support, knowledge, energy, and the team structure that she provided. If I could give someone a piece of advice it would be to remember that every day will be a battle you'll win some and you'll lose some, don't get down on yourself tomorrow is a new day.
